At Sharon’s Creations, we believe your wedding/event should be handled as we would handle our own. This is the way we approach every celebration. Whether you would like just a little bit of help or assistance every step of the way, our goal is to make sure your special day goes as smooth as possible. We provide “Full”, “Partial” and “Day Of” event planning and coordination. It is our philosophy that each event should be unique and intimate, no matter its size or location. We take pride in providing our clients with unique ideas and the latest trends in the industry. We work tirelessly to accommodate the needs of each of our clients. We bring a special touch to every celebration.

Every event is unique. Therefore, our fees and services are customized to meet your needs. Our fees vary depending on how many hours of research are necessary to crystallize your event, number of guests attending, complexity of the event, travel time, etc.

Brides-to-be if there is one thing you should consider, it is our most popular package which is for "Day of" Coordination. This will allow you, your family and friends to enjoy your wedding day with out the worry or stress of handling everything. So many times, the mother of the bride misses those special moments because she is stressing over the details trying to make everything perfect for her daughter. And, so many brides stress to the point they cannot enjoy their wedding day due to worrying that something will be forgotten.

The Princess

This package is designed for those who have the time to plan their wedding, but need guidance with some of the planning. If you need assistance with a particular area of your wedding but not with the entire wedding planning process, we provide hourly assistance and advice as needed. This includes but is not limited to creating a budget, finding the right vendors for your situation, decorating advice, invitation wording and etiquette. Whatever the situation may be, help is only a phone call away.

By the Hour Assistance - $30

The Fairytale

This package is for your rehearsal and ceremony. We will provide assistance with determining the flow of your ceremony, directing your rehearsal and running your ceremony up to seeing you down the aisle. This is essential to help make sure your rehearsal and ceremony run smooth and the rehearsal takes less time. This will reduce the stress felt by everyone on the last day before the wedding.

Hours of service: Unlimited- $225*

The Enchantment

This package is designed to handle coordinating and directing your reception. We will reduce your stress and worry by contacting your reception vendors to confirm date and time of the reception, establish arrival and departure times for each vendor, verify any special needs, establish setup and breakdown times for vendors, create a detailed timeline for event day, review each reception vendor's contract to help you spot potential problems, confirm rental items reserved and verify delivery and pickup requirements. It also includes running your reception to help ensure things run smooth so you and your guests can enjoy the evening with out all the worry and stress.

Hours of service: Unlimited- $325*

Cherish the Day

This package is designed for those who have planned their entire wedding, but want the services of a professional coordinator to finalize the last minute details and help ensure a smooth running wedding day. This package combines the "Fairytale" Package and "Enchantment" Package to help relieve the stress of your last few weeks before your wedding.

Hours of service: Unlimited- $500*

Royal Treatment

Planning an event can become a full-time job. This package is designed for the bride and groom who have demanding careers or are busy with families and simply don't have all the time necessary to plan a successful event on their own. This package contains complete planning and coordination assistance. We will assist with your wedding planning including but not limited to vendor selection, ceremony and reception site selection, decorating design, assisting with accessory selection (invitations, centerpieces etc.) and provide coordination services as listed in the "Cherish the Day" Package.

Hours of service: Unlimited - $1000*

*Starting price – Price is determined by the size of your wedding party, guest count and complexity of your wedding day.
